Les Chantiers de l'Atlantique, a French shipbuilder established in 1861 and a leader in marine renewable energy, needed to manage external-contractor tasks, protect personnel safety, and improve productivity. A significant backlog of non-compliant applications at its Bureau d'Accueil du Personnel Extérieur (BAPE), the external-personnel reception office, was causing lengthy delays.
Amaris built a bespoke application for intervention requests from external contractors, strengthened risk-management strategies to align with current and anticipated regulations, and simplified the site-access process to cut BAPE wait times. The team implemented digital reception solutions at BAPE, improved Prevention Plan drafting, enhanced joint-inspection traceability, and optimized the workflow with electronic signatures.

We're working with Amaris Consulting on a complex project that requires great agility and advanced technical expertise, and I have to say that I'm very satisfied with the team's performance and involvement. They were highly responsive and creative from the initial UX/UI ideation phase adapting to our evolving needs, while keeping us regularly updated on the project's progress.
