The challenge

The client, an international logistics/transportation leader in contract logistics and supply-chain management (founded 2001), manages over 11 million orders annually across an extensive network of 375 sites globally. To keep innovating, it needed to refine and modernize its talent-review process to better identify and nurture talent, drive a cultural shift making innovation intrinsic to daily operations, and integrate business-process improvements with talent management as one complete organizational strategy rather than isolated efforts.

What Amaris did

Amaris began with a end-to-end audit of the client's existing HRIS and business processes to pinpoint gaps and opportunities. It then developed an optimized reporting system that embedded the specific regulations of each sector the client serves (FMCG, healthcare, fashion, high-tech and industrial products) to ensure compliance and efficiency. Amaris helped build a simplified, scalable training plan plus fresh, sector-tailored training programs to upskill the workforce, and provided end-to-end user support to integrate the talent review with the HRIS. Knowledge transfer was included so the client could sustain and adapt the system long-term.
