The challenge

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, a 150-year-old luxury hospitality and gaming group of 3,000 permanent employees spanning hotels, casinos, spas, restaurants, clubs, events and shopping promenades in Monaco, had a Time & Attendance process fragmented across multiple departments, creating a bottleneck that hindered smooth operations and strategic responsiveness. It needed a unified HR management system deployed across all departments without interrupting service.

What Amaris did

Amaris ran a end-to-end Business Process Mapping exercise across the group's activities, combining the Brown Paper collaborative method with SAP Signavio BPM software to model, analyze and optimize processes and define HR/Time & Activity Management workflows. The team then delivered strategic recommendations prioritizing processes such as employee onboarding and time management, and supported the client through a year-long, participative change-management journey to a full organizational transformation.
