The client wanted a fresh, impactful way to engage employees in sustainability conversations: a training program that would not just inform but inspire action across all teams. To be effective it had to be educational, interactive, and memorable, reaching employees wherever they were and motivating them to contribute to the company's sustainability goals.
Amaris co-created a fully customized digital and physical escape game, a gamified learning journey built around real-world sustainability challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. It combined storytelling, problem-solving, and team-based interaction: employees solved puzzles tied to responsible sourcing of raw materials, waste reduction and recycling, carbon footprint in manufacturing and logistics, and sustainable packaging and supply-chain ethics. Each puzzle was crafted with the client to reflect internal goals and industry realities. The experience could be deployed in person or remotely, using multimedia clues, time-bound missions, and real decision-making moments to make learning active and collaborative.
