Securitas needed to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen home-security protection for clients through its My Verisure application, specifically upgrading the UX design and interface of its Guardian Service feature, including the SOS button and monitored-journey ('Accompany') functionality.
Amaris ran a 5-step iterative project: defining pre-production requirements, designing the new experience with the IMBITION prototyping tool (including the SOS button and monitored-journey flows), analyzing audience insights to refine the UX, testing with targeted demographic user groups and analyzing the resulting data, then delivering the final implementation for further development.
